Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years in an Accounting/Office Administration role preferred.
• Foundational accounting knowledge and strong mathematical proficiency.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities; absolute confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and ensure fees, freight, and taxes are accurate; verify PO and credit card transactions.
• Process billing for consumables and rentals; mark yesterday's shipped items as shipped in Epicor.
• Manage cycle and final billing for rentals; process buyouts or damaged goods in Sage and Epicor.
• Ensure invoicing complies with customer requirements and maintain rental tracking.
• Collaborate with AR team to guarantee billing accuracy and timely collections.
