Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in full-cycle B2B billing.
• Working knowledge of PCI-DSS and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client inquiries.
• Collect, process, and reconcile client payments.
• Support collections strategies to reduce AR aging.
• Optimize knowledge of billing technologies.
