Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Billing/Accounts Receivable with proven accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills for high-volume data processing.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain journal entries for income, expenses, and transfers.
• Create and send accurate invoices on time.
• Correct rejected invoices and research issues with clients and oversight managers.
• Review credits/debits and ensure proper billing and time/task codes.
• Resolve rate code discrepancies and communicate changes to clients.
