Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Bids Analyst to review procurement opportunities for municipal and commercial fuel users, crafting proposals that demonstrate our ability to meet specifications and collect the required documentation to be considered a responsible bidder.

You will help determine bid pricing and provide pricing analysis, working with multiple departments to ensure timely, compliant submissions and clear communication with management throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Admin, or Legal is required.
• Ability to analyze bid documents and pricing scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and analyze bid documents from municipalities and commercial procurements.
• Compile data and documents for timely bid completion with various departments.
• Identify and communicate risks to management.
• Collaborate with legal to address risk areas.
• Communicate with external procurement teams for compliance or clarifications.
• Understand pricing mechanisms to provide bid pricing analysis.
• Gather historical product costs to determine bid increments.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports for contracts.
• Assist team with customer and systems support inquiries.
