Job summary

Global Partners LP in the United States, Georgia, seeks a Bids Analyst to review procurement opportunities for municipal and commercial fuel users, evaluate bid requirements, and prepare proposals showing Global’s capability to meet specifications.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, assess risks with legal, analyze pricing mechanisms, gather cost data, and generate regular reports for contracts. The role supports insurance updates and provides customer and systems support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Admin or Legal.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and analyze bid documents from various municipalities and commercial procurements.
• Work with various departments to compile pertinent data and documents for the timely completion of bids.
• Articulate and outline any risks to management.
• Work closely with legal to address areas of concern/risk to the company.
• Regularly communicate with external procurement teams or leaders to ensure compliance or seek clarifications of the requirements.
• Understand pricing mechanisms and indexes to provide appropriate analysis for pricing.
• Gathers historical product costs to determine bid increment.
• Compile and submit monthly, quarterly and bi‑annual reports for various municipal contracts.
• Facilitate the process of obtaining updated insurance documents and performance bonds.
• Assist members of the team with customer support and systems support questions.
