Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Admin or Legal.
• Ability to work independently and stay highly organized.
• Excellent communication with high-level managers, directors or executives.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and analyze bid documents from municipalities and commercial procurements.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and documents for timely bids.
• Articulate and outline risks to management.
• Coordinate with legal to address areas of concern/risk.
• Communicate with external procurement teams to ensure compliance or seek clarifications.
• Understand pricing mechanisms to provide pricing analysis.
• Gather historical product costs to inform bid increments.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and bi-annual reports for municipal contracts.
• Assist in obtaining updated insurance documents and performance bonds.
• Support team with customer and systems questions.
