Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the proposal process for MSP, services procurement, and related offerings. You will coordinate with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to craft compelling responses and win themes, while ensuring quality and brand consistency.

Based in the United States with roles in multiple locations, this role requires 3–7 years of proposal writing experience and proven project management skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3–5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate input from stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Project managing the bid process from RFx receipt to submission.
• Writing proposals for AGS MSP, services procurement (SOW) and related offerings.
• Shaping win themes with sales, solutions and operations.
• Collaborating with pitch development team on decks and content.
• Ensuring client-facing output adheres to brand guidelines.
• Maintaining proposal activity in Salesforce and Loopio.
