Job summary

Prosegur seeks a Bid Proposal Coordinator- Security Services to streamline RFP/RFI responses by coordinating content, staffing, pricing, and schedules. You translate security concepts into compelling, compliant proposals and maintain reusable sales assets.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, proposal coordination, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating RFPs/RFIs/proposals with deadline-driven submissions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with AI tools to support content development and document review.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, client questionnaires, and presentations from receipt to final submission.
• Review solicitation documents to identify requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture staffing deployment plans, patrol frequencies, and hardware specs for proposals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and leadership for accurate information.
• Gather client requirements related to certifications, licenses, insurance, training, staffing, and contract needs.
• Document staffing deployment plans, officer requirements, supervision models, and technology solutions in proposals.
• Coordinate pricing inputs with Finance and Operations, including wage structures and equipment costs.
• Translate operational and technical information into clear, client-focused content.
• Oversee proofreading, formatting, design, and electronic submission while maintaining branding.
• Maintain organized digital libraries of sales and proposal assets.
