Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking an execution-oriented RFP Administrator to own the coordination, development, and submission of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

This role collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Legal, Security, and Marketing to gather information and produce compelling responses. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, bid coordination, or related roles (SaaS or cybersecurity preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience responding to enterprise-level RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process from intake to final submission.
• Review requirements and ensure compliance and responsiveness.
• Coordinate timelines and cross-functional contributors for on-time delivery.
• Draft and tailor responses to articulate Keeper’s value proposition and capabilities.
• Maintain a centralized RFP content library with boilerplate and approved responses.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Teams to align proposals with customer requirements.
• Gather accurate technical and contractual information from Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal.
• Respond to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
• Ensure formatting, legal, and regulatory compliance of proposals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and win rates.
