Job summary

Talogy is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to support bid strategy development and end-to-end proposal management across our Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams. You will coordinate with legal, finance, and subject matter experts to craft compelling responses that meet client needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of experience responding to public sector RFPs and managing complex proposal submissions.
• Experience with Federal, state, local, or other public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements, preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex, multinational tenders with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop winning bid strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to tailor proposals.
• Manage end-to-end bid activities for assigned pursuits, escalating strategic decisions and risks as appropriate.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information for compelling proposals.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments on potential bids and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure proposals adhere to regulations and policies.
• Serve as the primary client contact during the bid process and address queries.
• Work with Sales and Account Management to deliver tailored proposals.
• Engage with Finance to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Ensure proposals align with client budgets while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Monitor bid performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain and improve the RFP response library for accuracy and alignment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
