Prosegur is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Integrated Technology) in Fort Lauderdale, FL to assist proposal development, create client-focused presentations, and manage CRM entries across platforms.

The role emphasizes coordinating with regional and local teams, maintaining SalesLoft and ZoomInfo tools, and delivering accurate, timely sales support to help meet targets and drive electronic security sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales support, proposal development or related function.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems preferred.
• Experience with SalesLoft, ZoomInfo or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and proposal tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proposal support: assist teams in understanding client requirements and scope.
• Presentation creation: develop engaging client presentations aligned with branding.
• CRM management: update CRM and generate performance reports.
• Sales technology: manage SalesLoft and ZoomInfo, plus other platforms.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with operations, legal, and finance.
• Metrics: track proposal success and report to Sales Enablement Manager.
• Project management: maintain plans, timelines, and responsibilities.
