Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to collaborate with regional and local teams and support electronic security systems opportunities.

You will prepare proposals, create presentations, manage CRM entries, and administer platforms such as SalesLoft and ZoomInfo while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with client expectations. You will work closely with operations, legal, and finance to gather necessary information and drive timely, accurate responses.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience in sales support or proposal development
• Experience supporting electronic security services or technical sales is a plus
• Familiarity with SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, and proposal management tools preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to collaborate with regional and local teams and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Assist regional and local teams in understanding client requirements and scope of electronic security services
• Support preparation and review of proposal responses for electronic security opportunities
• Create engaging presentations aligned with branding guidelines
• Manage CRM data accuracy; generate performance reports
• Adminsiter SalesLoft and ZoomInfo; support other sales platforms as designated
• Train regional/local teams on platform usage and best practices
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and finance to gather information for proposals
• Track proposal success rates and report progress to Sales Enablement Manager
• Develop and maintain project plans for sales support activities and monitor progress
