Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enhance the proposal process and provide essential sales support for Electronic Security Systems sales within Prosegur Security Integration and Prosegur Security Monitoring.

You will prepare proposal responses, create presentations, manage CRM entries, and support SalesLoft and ZoomInfo platforms. The role requires collaboration with regional and national teams, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a similar sales support or proposal development role.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection) preferred.
• Experience with SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement/lead intelligence platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and proposal management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional and local teams in understanding client requirements and the scope of electronic security services as referenced in RFP documents.
• Assist in the preparation and review of proposal responses for electronic security opportunities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop engaging and informative presentations tailored to client needs and ensure branding consistency.
• Manage and update the CRM with sales activities, leads, and client interactions; generate reports on performance.
• Administer and support SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and other designated platforms; ensure data accuracy and training for teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from operations, legal, and finance to complete proposals and presentations on time.
• Track proposal success and provide regular status updates to the Sales Enablement Manager; develop project plans and monitor progress.
