Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant in Salem, OR. This role focuses on face-to-face consultative selling, building trusted relationships, and growing beverage distribution sales with customers and supplier partners.

You will visit accounts, identify growth opportunities, and develop business plans while maintaining strong product knowledge and using SGWS tools to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel and possess a reliable vehicle.
• Strong data and technology literacy to use SGWS tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Identify customer growth needs and business potential.
• Develop a growth plan for each account and create a selling pipeline.
• Analyze data to increase sales and meet objectives.
• Pre-plan visits with a CRM-documented agenda and opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and present solutions.
