The Benefits Manager coordinates enrollment, reports to leadership, and maintains program accuracy and confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience administering health and welfare benefits programs.
• Experience overseeing a 401(k) retirement plan.
• Hands‑on experience processing payroll using Paycom.
• Experience reviewing and auditing payrolls and resolving discrepancies.
• Knowledge of wage and hour compliance and benefit deductions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs and update policies.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communications.
• Liaise with insurance carriers, brokers, and vendors.
• Oversee the company’s 401(k) retirement plan and vendor coordination.
• Audit payroll data and ensure accurate deductions and integrations with Paycom.
• Provide payroll support during staff absences and backup Paycom processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and compensation information.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing benefits.
