• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for US payrolls and support Canadian payroll as needed.
• Maintain payroll controls and ensure accurate, timely processing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting including year-end and W-2s.
• Oversee payroll systems, master data governance, and process improvements.
