Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and compliance of its US and Canada benefits, retirement, and leave programs. You will partner with HR leadership, carriers, vendors, and payroll to ensure competitive programs and timely enrollment.

You will manage Dayforce HRIS data, run audits, and develop insightful reports while driving regulatory compliance and employee education on benefits. This role supports a national footprint with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field preferred.
• CEBS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience designing and managing benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of health, retirement, and leave programs across US/Canada.
• Oversee annual enrollment, eligibility, data validation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Manage HRIS data accuracy and reporting; develop program dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and payroll to align benefits with company goals.
• Provide guidance to managers on benefits and payroll inquiries.
