Virtusa seeks a strategic and data-driven Benefits Manager to oversee the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will design and manage comprehensive medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs, and partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, budgets, and renewal processes with external brokers.

The ideal candidate will leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive plan efficiency and personalization

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in US benefits management.
• Experience designing end-to-end benefits strategy across US/Canada/Mexico.
• Strong regulatory compliance and vendor management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada and Mexico, including medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers and carriers.
• Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education campaigns to drive literacy across the organization.
• Ensure strict regulatory compliance with applicable US, Canadian and Mexican requirements by overseeing plan documentation and filings.
• Leverage digital tools and data analytics to optimize plan efficiency and personalization.
