Voyant Beauty seeks a Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across the US and Canada. You will partner with HR leaders, consultants, and vendors to deliver competitive, compliant, and cost-effective programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing employee benefits programs across US/Canada.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FLSA, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze benefits data and drive program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness.
• Oversee US/Canada leave programs and compliance with laws.
• Manage annual open enrollment and communications for employees.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting for benefits.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and HR teams for program success.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across regions.
