Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits and leave programs with care and accuracy. You will handle enrollments, audits, payroll deductions, and recordkeeping, while guiding employees through life events and complex eligibility scenarios.

You will also assist with COBRA, annual benefits enrollment, and 401(k) administration, ensuring compliance and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or 6+ years’ experience with required duties.
• 2+ years HR experience with benefits administration and HRIS/payroll/timekeeping systems preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits and leave programs with accurate enrollments, audits, and reconciliations.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and payroll deductions; review supporting documents for compliance.
• Audit HRIS and carrier records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with COBRA, 1095-C forms, and 401(k) administration.
• Administer leave requests, determine FMLA eligibility, and track leave usage.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment planning and employee communications.
• Maintain confidential benefit and leave records and support wellness programs.
