The position requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong vendor management and data analysis skills; a Master’s in Total Rewards is preferred. CEBS or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or advanced HR/Total Rewards education preferred.
• Typically 6–8 years of progressive experience in benefits, mobility, or total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration and improvements of benefits programs including health, retirement and wellbeing.
• Lead mobility programs for domestic and international relocations and policy governance.
• Lead immigration programs, serving as U.S. point of contact and signatory.
• Ensure programs comply with laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, TA to align programs with business needs.
