The role focuses on managing benefits, mobility and immigration programs, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or advanced HR/Total Rewards education preferred.
• Typically 6–8 years of progressive experience in benefits, mobility, or total rewards at manager level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and improvement of benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellbeing.
• Lead mobility programs including domestic and international relocations and policy governance.
• Lead immigration programs, act as U.S. point of contact and signatory.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, TA to align programs with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance.
• Analyze program performance and costs; provide leadership with insights.
• Support change initiatives and employee communications during org transitions.
• Provide coaching to HR partners and employees on benefits and mobility.
