• Proven ability to partner with executive‑level stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global benefits strategy aligned to enterprise and Total Rewards priorities.
• Oversee design of health, retirement, risk, wellbeing, leave, and ancillary programs across regions.
• Establish governance frameworks and policies with global, regional, and local compliance.
