Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Manager, BUHR Finance in Raynham, MA. The role partners with HR leadership to translate workforce initiatives into financial outcomes and drive enterprise talent strategy across the finance function.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and governance, delivering data-driven insights to senior leaders while aligning HR programs with business priorities and long-range financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with business partnering.
• Ability to translate people topics into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead people engagement strategy for the Finance organization.
• Lead and execute on Talent Strategy and Management (Performance, Succession, Capability Building, Coaching, DEI).
• Coach and advise business leaders.
• Activate and execute HR COE programs launched by HR teams.
• Lead Organizational Design & Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Advise on policies and programs launched by HR COE teams.
• Own the global HR strategy and talent agenda for the function.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
• Drive organization effectiveness including org design and operating model evolution.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR COEs and BUHR community to deploy integrated talent solutions.
• Lead workforce planning and analytics translating strategy into hiring and development plans.
• Drive HR process improvements for scalability and employee experience.
• Monitor market trends and adapt HR strategies accordingly.
