DePuy Synthes seeks a Sr. Director, Global Benefits COE to lead the design, governance, and execution of employee benefits programs across the organization.

This role shapes a competitive, compliant global benefits strategy that supports attraction, retention, and well-being while aligning with business priorities and financial objectives. This leadership position has a broad impact on employee experience, risk management, and total rewards across global markets, reporting to senior HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• 12+ years of global benefits, total rewards, or HR leadership.
• Deep expertise across retirement, health, welfare, global well-being programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global benefits strategy aligned to enterprise, talent, and Total Rewards priorities.
• Oversee design of health, retirement, risk, wellbeing, leave, and ancillary programs across regions.
• Establish global standards, governance frameworks and policies with compliance.
• Partner with senior HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align benefits with needs.
• Lead vendor strategy and optimization of providers and advisors.
• Leverage analytics and benchmarking for competitiveness, cost, and risk management.
• Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing global benefits team.
• Lead M&A benefits strategies and integration.
