Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Sr. Benefits Planning Analyst to manage financial planning, modeling, and vendor oversight for enterprise Health & Welfare programs. You will partner with brokers, actuaries, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial operations and drive cost strategies across plans.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, with involvement in governance and compliance. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, HR, business, or related field.
• Experience managing enterprise-level financial processes.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with brokers, actuaries, and vendors.
• Ability to present financial insights to senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own enterprise-wide financial strategy for Health & Welfare programs.
• Lead financial modeling, including claims trend and PEPM forecasting.
• Maintain $3.3MM weekly benefits expenditures records and controls.
• Analyze cost drivers and translate insights into cost-optimization actions.
• Prepare executive financial reporting for leadership and auditors.
• Own annual and multi-year benefits budgeting with HR and Finance.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, and reconciliation for Total Rewards vendors.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for plan design and vendor strategy.
• Prepare materials for governance, audits, and compliance.
• Act as SME for HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance, brokers, and carriers.
