Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an ERP Analyst- Lead to oversee ERP project execution, requirements analysis, and testing. You will consult with the ERP team, executives and end users to optimize business processes and system configurations.

The role requires guiding a functional team, building process documentation, and delivering training while advancing SAP/ERP initiatives across finance, procurement, and supply chain domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Finance (AP/GL/AR) or related ERP functions
• 3+ years demonstrated experience in leading teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong documentation skills
• Ability to mentor and train business resources in new technology and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with multitasking ability

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional team and act as the SME for the ERP area
• Partner with cross-functional leads to support project goals and process improvements
• Build ERP knowledge in areas like Supply Chain, Project Management, and Wayne Farms business acumen
• Document business requirements, gap analyses, and As-Is/To-Be processes for ERP blueprint
• Develop test cases and scripts with end users for prototype and user acceptance testing
• Develop and document best practices for the functional area
• Create training overviews and contribute to end-user training plans
• Lead project plans, monitor progress, and communicate status for go-live
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned
