Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Manager of Strategic Reporting to design, synthesize, and deliver executive communications for the Board and Executive Leadership Team. You will translate cross-functional data into board-ready narratives that highlight performance, priorities, and risks.

This role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership, develops dashboards and summaries, and drives consistency, accuracy, and strategic storytelling across ERP and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related analytical discipline within a large organization.
• Experience preparing executive-level and Board presentation materials.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred.
• Strong written communication and executive presentation development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of Board of Directors and Executive Leadership reporting deliverables.
• Own the monthly and quarterly executive reporting cadence with board-ready storytelling and data integrity.
• Design and maintain reporting packages, presentations, summaries, and dashboards communicating KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and reporting to support business decisions and leadership requests.
