Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Manager of Strategic Reporting to design, synthesize, and deliver executive communications for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team. Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related analytical discipline within a large organization.
• Experience preparing executive-level and Board materials.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of Board of Directors and Executive Leadership reporting deliverables.
• Own the monthly and quarterly executive reporting cadence, ensuring a consistent, board-ready standard of storytelling, visual presentation, and data integrity.
• Design and maintain executive reporting packages, presentations, one-page summaries, and dashboards that communicate key business performance indicators and strategic priorities.
• Develop ad hoc executive analyses and reporting to support business decisions and leadership requests.
• Serve as the primary integration point between Sales, Operations, Finance, and other business functions to consolidate complex information into a unified enterprise narrative.
• Translate operational, financial, and market information into concise executive narratives that communicate business performance and long-term value creation.
