Job summary

NFP is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to support delivery of employee benefits solutions.

You will manage renewals, analyze benefit plans, prepare client presentations, and coordinate compliance activities while partnering with clients, carriers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of client service experience in benefits and holds an Associate degree (BA/BS preferred) with an Insurance license within six months.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or equivalent) and BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years' client service experience in benefits or a related field.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required within six months.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, reform, and carrier products.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and analyze client benefit plans for renewals and improvements.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients and senior team members.
• Coordinate compliance activities and support open enrollment processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts.
• Lead or mentor junior team members and share knowledge where appropriate.
• Provide ongoing client support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
