Job summary

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Benefits and Compensation Specialist to work in our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters. The Benefits & Compensation Specialist administers and supports the organization’s benefits and compensation programs, ensuring timely processing and HR compliance, while advising employees and management on policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2–3 years of benefits/compensation experience, and SHRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2-3 years benefits and compensation administrative experience.
• SHRM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain all benefit related changes in HRIS including new hire enrollments, qualifying event changes and retirement related changes.
• Conduct benefits audits and reconcile enrollment data for accuracy and compliance within HRIS systems.
• Maintain benefit related forms such as enrollment forms and annual benefits survey.
