Job summary

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters. This role reports to the Recruitment Manager and will develop talent sources, create an ongoing pipeline, and manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, with 5 days/week on site during training.

• Certification in Recruitment or HR.
• 3 years of talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop talent sources and create an ongoing pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to anticipate needs and succession planning.
• Conduct screening, interviewing, and reference checks as needed.
• Enter and maintain recruitment data in the ATS and post job content.
