SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer comprehensive health and welfare programs, counsel employees on options, and support open enrollment and vendor partnerships. This role works closely with HR partners, payroll, and legal to ensure regulatory compliance and program improvements.

The use of Workday and benefits platforms, plus strong MS Office skills, helps maintain accurate benefits data and communications for a diverse employee base.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years HR experience in generalist or benefits.

Mansioni

• Administer health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, disability).
• Counsel employees on plan options, eligibility, life events, and coverage questions by email/phone/in person.
• Support annual open enrollment, including communications, system setup, employee questions, and vendor coordination.
• Partner with carriers and vendors on eligibility, claims issues, billing, and plan administration.
• Liaise with HRBP, Payroll, Legal and other stakeholders on benefits matters.
• Ensure benefits programs comply with federal/state/local requirements.
• Identify, recommend and implement benefits process improvements.
• Support wellness and related employee benefit programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
