Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years HR experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or benefits background
• CEBS, PHR, or similar certification (preferred)
• Experience with benefits platforms such as Workday or UKG (preferred)
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong collaboration and teamwork
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, and disability
• Counsel employees on plan options, eligibility, life events, and coverage questions by email, phone, walk-ins, and drop-in sessions
• Support annual open enrollment, including communications, system setup, employee questions, and vendor coordination
• Partner with carriers and vendors on eligibility, claims issues, billing, and plan administration
• Serve as liaison with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders on benefits matters
• Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirements
• Identify, recommend, and implement benefits process and program improvements
• Support wellness and related employee benefit programs
• Other duties as assigned
