SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is hiring a Benefits Manager to design, implement, and operate company-wide employee benefit programs that are meaningful and cost-effective. You will leverage data to optimize open enrollment, collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Marketing and Legal, and oversee vendor partnerships while mentoring a team.

The role requires 8+ years in benefits/HR, a Bachelor's degree, and preferred PHR/MBA credentials with strong Excel and Workday skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years in benefits/HR.
• PHR certification or HR affiliations preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.

• Lead administration of company-wide benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary, retirement).
• Improve administration processes for best employee experience.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate and enhance programs.
• Develop innovative cost-effective employee programs from feasibility to operations.
• Build the overall benefits strategy for a growing workforce.
• Advise and counsel employees on benefits questions via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Marketing, Legal to sustain programs.
• Oversee vendor/consultant relationships and performance.
• Coach and mentor direct reports and oversee performance.
• Relocation, leaves, workers' comp, commuter benefits, and HRIS data administration
