Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to administer employee benefits programs and support enrollment processes. You will counsel employees, maintain Workday enrollments, and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions.

The role also covers relocation, commuter benefits and LOA/WC administration in a fast-paced environment. Relocation may be required for non-local candidates; overtime and travel to other SpaceX sites (up to 15%) are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ months of administrative experience.
• Prior benefits or HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with administration of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Assist, advise and counsel employees on benefit questions via email, phone, walk-ins.
• Maintain eligibility enrollments within Workday.
• Partner with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions.
• Support relocation, commuter benefits, LOA and workers’ comp administration and site wellness initiatives.
