Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned claims on an ongoing basis.
• Explain workers' compensation benefits and procedures to injured employees.
• Interpret and explain rules, regulations, and procedures to employees.
• Work closely with safety department to conduct incident investigations.

Skills

Human Resources certification (PHR)

Effective verbal communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel

Bilingual in Spanish and English
