Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to elevate client experiences across a portfolio of accounts. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with multiple internal teams to deliver tailored solutions in compliance, finance, and marketing.

In this role you will draft renewals, review contracts, and support open enrollment while building lasting relationships with clients and carrier partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits administration and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• BA/BS preferred or higher where applicable

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send RFQs to applicable insurance carriers and document results
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy under supervision
• Maintain client files and respond to client questions
• Develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives
• Assist with renewal presentations and client reporting
• Support open enrollment and project work as needed
