NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to elevate client experiences by blending technology with personalized service. You will manage a portfolio of clients, handling compliance, finance, and marketing needs, serving as the primary contact and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years' client service and/or industry experience.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and send RFPs to carriers and compile results.
• Review contracts, benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files and respond to client questions.
• Develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
• Create client reports and distribute newsletters.
