Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support clients with day-to-day program oversight, client advocacy, and system management. You will manage a book of insurance business, assist with renewals, and market to carriers, while upholding broker standards.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, plus experience in health insurance and licensing in life/health. On-site in Bothell, WA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED; 3-5 years of benefit insurance experience preferred.
• Active Life & Health License

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the account-service process with Producers and HUB personnel.
• Acquires understanding of clients’ business and analyzes plans for suitability.
• Serves as day-to-day contact for eligibility, claims, billing, and benefit inquiries.
• Maintains accurate files, updates systems, and prepares renewal materials.
