Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Manager or Account Coordinator.
• 3 years' specialization in US health insurance or employee benefits.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and service requests for a mixed SMB book with large accounts.
• Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Conduct enrollment meetings and attend broker/client meetings.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders.
