Job summary

HUB International in Spokane, WA, seeks an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits team to provide day-to-day client service, renewal oversight and carrier coordination. You will manage a book of health and welfare plans, communicate with clients and carriers, and ensure accurate data and timely responses.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in benefits insurance, an active Life & Health license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of benefit insurance experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent.
• Active Life & Health License.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the account-service process.
• Works with Producers on client service, marketing, and renewal activities.
• Reviews client benefits and enrollment processes for accuracy.
• Prepares quotes and proposals for clients.
• Supports billing issues and data integrity in systems.
