Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of employee benefits or insurance experience.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Life & Health license or willingness to obtain with 3 months.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the account-service process.
• Maintains client relationships and supports renewal and enrollment.
• Coordinate with producers and HUB personnel on service and marketing.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and benefit analyses for clients.
• Ensure accurate data in agency systems and carrier communications.
