Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Benefits Account Manager in a hybrid role based near Rollingwood/Bee Caves. You will manage documentation, client data, and benefits timelines while supporting Account Executives.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, carrier coordination, enrollment meetings, and regulatory compliance across benefits programs. Experience in benefits administration and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 24–36 months of experience in an Assistant Account Manager role or 24+ months equivalent experience.
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work; basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong cooperation and effective communication with clients, vendors and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general Internet tools.
• Willing to work overtime due to cyclical business periods.
• Mastery of all Account Manager duties and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Documentation: Enter client data into Benefit Point and update client rates and plans within 5 workdays.
• Customer service: support Account Executive and respond to benefit questions; maintain Benefit Point activities.
• Coordinate setup of client website as directed; maintain online client binder and workflow timelines.
• Marketing: manage RFPs and marketing binders; coordinate carrier quotes and spreadsheets.
• Enrollment meetings: prepare and conduct enrollment sessions as needed.
• Reporting: gather data for carriers; prepare aggregate reports and stewardship letters.
• Compliance: prepare Medicare Part D disclosures and annual notices.
• Technical: complete Bisys courses; participate in GBA CE and EBIA webinars.
