Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers employee benefit programs including health insurance, wellness, disability, life, and voluntary benefits
• Manages the 401(k) retirement plan administration, eligibility, company match, and work with Fidelity/3rd party administrator
• Oversees leaves of absence per state and federal requirements
• Supports design and implementation of benefit programs
• Collaborates with brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve service or claims issues
• Manages open enrollment communications, presentations, and training
• Provides employees with benefit plan guidance on eligibility and claims
• Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ADA, and other laws
• Leads a team of benefits support staff
