Hunt Companies in El Paso, TX is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee employee benefits programs, the 401(k) plan, and related compliance. You will lead a team and collaborate with brokers and vendors, reporting to the VP of HR.
The role requires 4–6 years in benefits with supervisory experience, HRIS proficiency, and strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ADA. You will design programs, manage open enrollment, and communicate benefits to staff.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Benefits Manager plays a critical role within the organization, managing administrative tasks related to employee benefits programs, 401k retirement plan, and supporting the design and implementation of new programs. This role will work closely with Human Resources leadership, benefits brokers, and vendors to ensure the company remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
