Job summary

Bluebird, a premier outsourcing and workforce solutions provider, is expanding in the US and seeking three Business Development Managers to own verticals from the ground up. You’ll drive new logos, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with international teams from a greenfield position.

You’ll focus on offshore workforce solutions for SMBs (5-100 employees), selling to founders, CEOs and CFOs, with significant autonomy and a strong emphasis on pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
• Build a predominantly self-generated pipeline and consistently win new logos.
• Grow existing customers through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell to founders, CEOs and CFOs within the SMB segment (5-100 employees).
• Meet clients face-to-face on a regular basis.
• Operate independently while collaborating with international teams across time zones.
