Job summary

5Blue Software is expanding its US and European markets and seeks a Business Development Manager who can hunt, pitch, and close. This remote-first role involves travel to meet clients and attend conferences across Europe, with English at a high level and 5+ years in BDM.

You will build a pipeline from scratch, manage deals end-to-end, and develop strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders in US and Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development Management.
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or AI services.
• Proven outbound pipeline building and revenue achievement.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for meetings.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch.
• Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract.
• Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side.
• Develop partnerships and expand network across US and European markets.
• Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe.
