Jenner & Block is seeking a Business Development & Pitch Coordinator to support the firm’s efforts in pitches, RFPs, and related initiatives. You will draft early materials, assist with proposals, and coordinate projects, events, and analytics across practice groups and industry teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; writing, research, and analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support business development with pitch materials, presentations, proposals, and timelines.
• Coordinate sponsorships, events, and related promotion activities.
• Distribute client alerts and newsletters; assist with approvals and quality control.
• Serve as project coordinator for non-CLE webinars; manage deadlines and deliverables across departments.
• Support practice groups and client teams with agenda planning and follow-up.
• Assist with directories and surveys; help prepare submissions.
• Conduct research on competitors, clients, prospects, markets.
• Track metrics related to communications and business development activities.
• Draft and edit content for the firm website and intranet.
• Track matters for practice and industry groups.
