Job summary

Jackson Walker is seeking a Client Development Coordinator to support the Client Development Team with pitches, proposals, and practice/industry group initiatives. The role emphasizes research and data organization to assist the Director of Client Development, Client Development Managers, and the Pitch & Proposal Team.

You will compile client-focused data, coordinate meeting logistics, and help develop content for websites and materials using AI-enabled tools and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, or business-related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or business development experience; legal industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to adapt to the firm's brand voice.
• Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in AI tools and data analytics platforms, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; project management tools a plus.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and collaborative with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Compile client-focused data, including assembling reports and metrics from data analytics platforms as directed.
• Assist with coordinating practice group meeting logistics, including room reservations, invitations, attendance tracking, agenda preparation, and meeting materials.
• Research and develop content for practice and industry group website pages and pitch materials.
• Work closely with proposal professionals and client development managers to create pitch/proposal materials using AI-enabled platforms and PowerBI.
• Track pitch/proposal activity from intake through final submission follow-up with lead attorney to determine outcome.
• Prepare attorney biographies and representative matters in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF formats for business development use.
• Perform research to support practice group experience descriptions and business development materials.
• Draft and update content for the firm website, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
